Shall we Date? Destiny Ninja ~ Hyuga Chapter 6 Main Story Recap

Chapter Six leads with our heroine recalling what Hyuga said under the thicket. He had looked so lonely with Pochi when he had wished he could live like the dog.
The next day Hyuga and Yoshitsune meets our heroine doing laundry while on their way to the stables. The sound of the word stables brings a sense of nostalgia to her and she tags along with them. Apparently she's had experiences with horses because one of the more wild horses is calm and lets her pet its muzzle. In fact, she even feels like she can ride them. Hyuga whispers in her ear though about the fact he has to take care of her if she falls off but she's pretty darn sure she can ride a horse and so she does. And she's a natural at riding. Yoshitsune is wide-eyed in surprise and Hyuga mutters that she's rowdy. Together the three of them go out for a long ride because horse riding is great preparation for war, according to Yoshitsune. The men are even more surprised as she's able to keep up with them on the steep mountains. Yoshitsune is still surprised by her but also quite pleased.

She thanks her parents because it must have been them that thought her how to ride. They stop when the hear rustling and in the next instant armed soldiers come out of the thicket. Hyuga yells for Yoshitsune to take care of Inari as he leaps into the enemy. With Yoshitsune they ride their horses, weaving through the mountain path until more soldier emerge in the pathway trapping the two from both sides. Yoshitsune drops down form his horse ready to fight yelling at Inari to run. But he gets his back slashed and Inari can't leave him behind. She drops from her horse and tries to restrain the enemy soldier. She's having trouble until what appears to be Hyuga's shuriken strikes the soldier on his neck, sending him down. But it's not much use as they're both still surrounded by what appears to be Yoshinaka's retainers. A soldier draws his sword at the already injured Yoshitsune but our heroine readily covers herself over him, protecting him.

Hyuga comes to the rescue with his "Ashura Spinning Reversal," arrows striking down the enemies one by one. With the enemies taken care of Hyuga leaps his way towards Yoshitsune, making sure that he's fine. Since he is Yoshitsune asks how our heroine how she is. Thankfully she's uninjured but she gets scolded by him when he asks her why did she risk her life for him when she isn't s soldier or ninja and they aren't even master and servant. No matter the answer, he's relieved that she's safe and asks her never to repeat that act again. He turns to Hyuga to tell him he is lucky and proud and thankful to have Hyuga on his side. This gets the usually cold Hyuga to look surprised.
Time passes by and when Yorimoto (Yoshitsune's brother) learns that he has been betrayed, he orders Yoshinaka to commit suicide like they all predicted as well as the fact that Yoshinaka's troops were transferred to Yoshitsune's control. In response to the news, the Taira clan retreated west from the capital.

Despite losing moral, the Taira Clan is still in possession of power as they took Yorimoto's daughter's 8 year old son as they escaped, as well as taking the Three Sacred Treasures. Everyone but Yoshitsune is confused about the existence of the Three Sacred Treasures so he informs them that they are a mirror, a jewel, and a sword that symbolizes the power passed down from generation to generation during the imperial succession. Their new focus is to take back the emperor and the Three Sacred Treasures form the Taira clan. Hyosuke exclaims that Yoshitsune will surely become the next successor for his deeds but Yoshitsune flatly declines for all the wants is for his brother, the current successor, to be satisfied. I think it's also important to note that Hyuga is silent at his statement. When our heroine makes it back to her room she collapses onto bed with a fever and into the same dream she had before about the burning building with her parents inside.

She suddenly wakes up to Hyuga taking care of her. He made her a bitter cup of herbal tea which she thanks him for. She tell him of her dream again. This time there's more details. Her parents were helping her to escape from the Taira Clan but they were struck down themselves. Her body shakes as she confirms that she'll never see their faces again. Hyuga assures her she's alive since her body is warm and that her living is proof of her parents' love for her. She starts to cry as she claims that there is no one left in the world that she loves. It seems that Hyuga is about to say something when he holds her cheek and gazes at her eyes but we'll never know because Hyosuke loudly enters the room to check up on our heroine. A busy Yoshitsune was completely worried about her so he came over and he quickly leaves to tell him when he finds out that she's fine.

Hyuga goes back to reassuring our heroine that she is not alone and that there are people out there who love her. He leaves to go outside saying that Yoshitsune will be with her. She's happy for Yoshitsune's concern but she wants Hyuga to stay by her side.

Shall we Date? Destiny Ninja ~ Hyuga Chapter 5 Main Story Recap

Love Initiation?:

Chapter Five begins with our heroine kicking and screaming on Enya's shoulder in a desperate attempt to not be brought into his bed. Enya asks her if she has anyone she's interested in and when she tells him she doesn't have any time for that seeing how she doesn't even have her memories back, he offers her to stay at Yoshitsune's residence as his woman. It's disgusting so she refuses. Enya's a bit of a playboy so he calls her odd one since his charm isn't working on her. Then, out of the blue, DONK! A stone lands on Enya's head and out pops Hyuga, allowing our heroine to escape from Enya's arms.

Hyuga firmly grabs onto one of her arms and drags her back into the room away from Enya. When she bows to thank him he reminds her again that he's protecting her from everything as his orders are from Yoshitsune. Still, this doesn't stop the heroine from feeling butterflies in her stomach from her rescue by him. She wakes up the next day to a dog licking her lips. It's Hyuga's pet ninja dog, Pochi, back from delivering a message. She praises the dog, calling her smart. She was surprised that the dog was the one that was licking her lips.

Hyuga accuses her of suggesting that he could have done it and quickly rejects the idea of doing so. But it's his quickness to respond and the firmness of his statement is odd. And while he glares at her, he smiles back to Pochi. He holds a massive soft spot for Pochi, having found the dog abandoned in the mountains so he took care of her. Our heroine notices his soft spot for dogs and asks him if he has always been that way. His instant response was a yes, even more than people, because dogs don't lie. She concludes that someone must have back-stabbed him big time in the past. ~~~> It's time for food and Yoshitsune claims that he believes that Yoshinaka will not give in to the Taira's temptation. But Kazemasa questions Yoshitsune's belief, saying that because Yoshitsune views Yoshinaka like a cousin, he would like to think that his own family would betray him. Our heroine has her opinions too.

She shares with them her knowledge that the soldiers under Yoshinaka are uncomfortable with his actions. They don't care about overthrowing the Taira Clan but rather the throne. The soldier are losing their faith in Yoshinaka and are wishing to join Yoshitsune's army. If it happens that Yoshinaka gets lured by the words of the Taira Clan and Yorimoto finds out, Yorimoto would surely order Yoshinaka to kill himself. And if that were to happen then the soldiers would flow into Yoshitsune's army. Our heroine stares at Yoshitsune while thinking about the future for them all. When she's about to leave with Hyuga, Yoshitsune stops to thank her for her input and praises her for all her hard work working with the maids. He's never met a girl like her and he smiles. Hyuga praises her as well but only until Yoshitsune leaves.

He instantly takes back what he said while pinching her cheeks but tells her that her baked potatoes weren't bad either. He goes off about her and Yoshitune's temperament, them being submissive to others and their inability to doubt people. He doesn't say anymore on the subject but reverts back to her cooking. She must have learned how to cook from her mother. It's rare for a daughter of royalty to know how about war and politics or how to cook. When our heroine becomes sad of the thought of not being able to meet and know the faces of her parents, she asks Hyuga if it's true that Yoshitsune did not know the face of his own father.
Hyuga tells her,

He acknowledges that's why Yoshitsune hates the Taira Clan so much. There is sadness in his eyes when calls Yoshitsune's usual high spirits to be masks of his true  feelings. Our heroine wants to ask Hyuga about his parents but refrains from doing so. Afterwards, she recalls her conversation with him while taking a bath. She decides it's time to get out but then she hears a splash.

It's Enya with nothing on but a hand towel and an audacious grin. He looks away to allow our heroine to dress but not without sneaking a peek at her. He tries hitting on her again but it's still not working. He admits that women are just playtime for him because he's never fallen seriously in love with anybody yet. This has our heroine thinking out loud about whether or not Hyuga was like him. That gets Enya to question whether or not she likes Hyuga. She flatly denies and Enya tells him that's good. It would be rough to be in love with Hyuga because you don't know what he's thinking. He tells her that Hyuga had a hard life as an orphan in his village. Hyuga was raised in the way of the ninja, showing amazing talent and power, and got to where he currently is at due to his own willpower. Enya then goes around describing the other ninjas as potential husbands. Hyosuke is easy to understand but an idiot. Kazemasa is boring but will probably rise the highest. And he's good in bed. He asks her who she chooses she when she refuses again he tells her she doesn't realize her own feelings for Hyuga. As usual, just ask people are talking about him Hyuga enters the bath.

Hyuga didn't hear the conversation between the two. He's there because he was worried (even though he won't admit it) because our heroine hadn't come out yet and it was getting late. Seeing that she's actually fine he turns back and leaves. Our heroine leaves a little later and finds Hyuga sleeping in the shade of a thicket away from her. He's with a happy Pochi and talks to himself.

He stares off into the night sky and continues,

[Recap] Love Academy Yaoi Story ~ Chapter 3

Chapter Three begins at night with Melos' childhood friend, Selinuntius, being summoned into the royal city. They appear before each other for the first time after two whole years and that's when Melos breaks the news. He tells Selinuntius that he has been sentenced to death after being accused of attempting to assassinate the Tyrant.

The news breaks Selinuntius' heart and he begs his friend to let him do anything for him. The Tyrant is silent and Melos asks Selinuntius for the favor of becoming the Tyrant's hostage for three days while he returns to his village and give his sister a wedding. After listening to the whole story Selinuntius just nods and gives his best wishes. They hug, a gesture showcasing two people's complete trust in one another but the Tyrant is unmoved and separates the two. The Tyrant wastes no time on bounding Selinuntius and pushing him down into his cell.

The two friends, though separated by the rusty bars of the cell, try the approach each other. Melos swears upon their friendship by closing their eyes and resting their foreheads together that he'll definitely come back for his friend.

Takumi cuts the scene. That's the end of rehearsal for the day. Jun asks the cast and crew if everyone is okay stopping there but when he looks up Dr. Kanzaki is still in acting mode with his eyes closed and forehead still touching Jun. Jun is ticklish and embarrassed and notifies Dr. Kanzaki that rehearsal is over. He comes into his senses and distances himself from Jun. Yota says outloud that he's thirsty and orders the Naomi  to get them all juices. Others chime in that they want juice too and they argue with you gets to grab the juices for them. Dr. Kanzaki settles them down by offering to treat them to drinks and bringing the drinks over to them. As he leaves to get the drinks, Jun runs after him to help out.

Dr. Kanzaki asks how Jun feels about being Selinuntius and compliments him on his charming, passionate, and mysterious acting. He reaches out and gently touches Jun's head like an older brother would and Jun blushes in response. He praises Jun for his hard work and gives him an extra bottle of juice as a reward. This doesn't settle well with Jun. He frowns, thinkning that Dr. Kanzaki is making fun of him by treating him like a child. He tells him so, citing that he's a decent young man and Dr. Kanzaki just laughs.

But Jun can't believe him. He clenches his fist, thinking back to all the times in France where he was made fun of for being short. Dr. Kanzaki continues patting his head while telling him that it takes time to become an adult. However, this time rather than blushing, Jun from feelings of loneliness. Dr. Kanzaki is surprised and Jun leaves saying

.

At least Jun kindaaa regrets what just happened when he lowers is head to leave. Dr. Kanzaki stays back, wondering if he took it to far and noting that he always seems to act like that in crucial moments.

Shall we Date? Destiny Ninja ~ Hyuga Chapter 4 Main Story Recap

Under Deep Cover!:

Several days past since Chapter Four and our heroine is still in the Yoshitsune residence, being of help with the cooking and housework. While relaxing together with everyone after having tea and lunch, Yoshitsune brings up some serious business about the Heishi. It appears that the Heishi are planning something. Enya suggests to him that he'll sneak into the Heishi residence to find out what it is they are planning but Yoshitsune declines his offer. Instead, he wants Enya to feel out the situation of Yoshinaka Kiso, Yoshitsune's cousin that that attacked Kyoto ahead of Yoshitsune. Yoshinaka is apparently taking credit for corning the Heishi and wants Enya to seek out the intend of his high-handed behavior. Since Enya will be busy gathering information on Yoshinaka, Hyuga offers himself the job of sneaking into the Heishi residence. The others warn Hyuga of the heavily guarded residence, the formidable general Noritsune Taira and the cowardly but cunning chief general, Munemori Taira. Despite their concerns, Hyuga insists he'll get it done. He gets Yoshitsune's permission heads off to our heroine who has been doing the laundry. He tells her of his plan to have her sneak into the Heishi residence first by disguising herself as a court lady. Apparently no one knows
what his plans as it seems the others would protest against it because Hyuga silences our heroine when she exclaims loudly in surprise. She is ordered by him to  use a smoke bomb to create a fire and cause confusion once inside. In the commotion only then will Hyuga sneak into the residence. Because she wants to be of use she concedes. That night she has a dream of what she feels to be connected to her past. In her dream she is screaming for her mother and father. And in the next moment, her mansion is engulfed into flames. The dream is cut short as she wakes up with a throbbing headache. It hurts so much that she has difficulty responding to a concern Hyuga when he asks her if she finally got her memories back. She replies with a no and he informs her that everything is alright. Her memories probably won't be returning anytime soon. He relieves the pain in her head by reaching out to her and massaging it. But now it's her turn. She has to massage his shoulders. Hyuga smiles and tells her that from now on he'll have her massage him every night. She goes back to sleep again and the day for sneaking into the residence arrives. Our heroine is able to successfully carry out Hyuga's orders and he pops he head out from the ceiling. He pulls her up with him
Right = Noritsune Taira
onto the dusty loft and they begin crawling towards Munemori's room. The both of them listen in on Munemori and Noritsune talking. They find out that Noritsune had a secret meeting with Yoshinaka Kiso. They're enticing Yoshinaka who has the ambition of becoming the head of the Minamoto Clan, the defeat of Yoshitsune. While they discuss this, up in the ceiling our heroine needs to cough from all the dust. Seeing this Hyuga covers her mouth. But Noritsune hears them and stabs at the ceiling with his katana. The ceiling breaks and our heroine with Hyuga fall. While Noritsune protects Munemori from Hyga's attack, Munemori stares wide eyed at our heroine in surprise at her being alive. According to him, she's supposed to be killed along with her parents. Seeing an opportunity, Hyuga seizes her arm and they escape into the mountains. Hyuga holds a still shocked heroine and lets her bury her face into his chest to cry openly in front of him for the first time. After she's finished crying she looks at home and thinks to herself that she's honestly glad that Hyuga's with her. When they return to Yoshitsune's residence, Hyuga fills him in on what happened while they snuck in. Yoshisune tells her to think of his residence as her home. There's also a possibility of her being in danger of the Heishi Clan coming after her to finish the job of killing her. Hyuga is instructed by Yoshitsune to protect
her with his life. The following day as our heroine is watering the plants, Kazemasa approaches her to apologize for all the terrible things he has said to her. He reveals that others see him as being heartless and that he's the heir to the throne of the Village of the Wind so he was brought up as profit to be top priority. He wonders out loud about why he's even telling her this to which she points out to him that he's shy. He blushes in embarrassment and randomly asks her if she likes flowers. When she says yes he tells her that he'll have a messenger bring her flowers that bloom from his village. Enya inserts himself into the conversation mentioning that's why Kazemasa is bad with women. Enya tells him that in order to seduce a woman successfully, he has to be full of surprises. Kazemasa strongly denies trying to seduce our heroine and storms off. Enya said that on purpose to be alone with her. He picks her up and carries her on his shoulder with the intent of bringing her to bed with him.

[Recap] Love Academy Yaoi Story ~ Chapter 2

I'm guess this whole game is just a flashback for Jun because Chapter Two begins with him waiting on the roof alone for someone. But who? He contemplates which is harder, waiting or letting others wait. He blames his predicament on the play he's written. If it wasn't for the play then he wouldn't be regretting his affections that have come to light.

He reminisces back to early summer when it all started. Jun had come to the nurse's room in Moulin Academy in order to pick up his older brother, Takumi. This is where/when we meet Dr. Kanzaki, the school doctor that had been taking care of Takumi in the meantime. Dr. Kanzaki continues his discussion with Takumi about him doing drama during the summer as an extracurricular activity. Takumi declines to participate as he has no talent for acting but what Dr. Kanzaki really needs is for someone to write the play at least. This is where Takumi gets excited because he knows the guy for the job. He suggests Jun to write the script for the play because he was studying stage production back in France.

Dr. Kanzaki considers it and asks Jun to please write the script for them. As Jun ponders whether it's okay for him to do it, Takumi assures him that this would be a great opportunity for him and that he'll assist him if he says yes. Jun's heart beats faster at the thought of being able to help someone. Dr. Kanzaki gives Jun some more time to think it over but in the meantime they make handmade posters to hang around the school together in order to recruit some actors. Lots of people see the posters and start applying. Dr. Kanzaki gets excited and thanks Jun for his help. The excitement from Dr. Kanzaki drives Jun to finally accept the role of writing the script of the play.

The next part of the chapter has him, Dr. Kanzaki and the actors at training camp. In the training camp Jun will continue to write the play, 'Run, Melos!', and rehearse alongside the actors. The next day is the start of formal rehearsal and everyone is dressed in their toga costumes.

Roles:
Jun: Selinuntius
Dr. Kanzaki: Melos
Yota: Tyrant / Anarch

The rehearsal of the play begins with the Narrator (heroine of Love Academy) quoting Melos' anger at the vicious Tyrant. Melos wants to get rid of the Tyrant so he sneaks into his castle alone with nothing but a small dagger. But he gets caught by the Tyrant who just laughs at him. Melos calls the Tyrant out of his cruelty but the Tyrant tells him to shut up. No one, no one he says can understand his loneliness in his heart from living in a world with only lies, betrayal, and despair.

The Tyrant sentences Melos to death the next morning which Melos is ready for. However, he wants to show the Tyrant what it means to understand and trust someone. He asks the Tyrant to give him three days. In those three days he'll head back to his village to hold a marriage ceremony for his sister. He swears to him that he'll be back by the end of the third day and to prove that he really will come back to his death, he offers his one and only true friend, Selinuntius as a hostage for the Tyrant to hold while he is gone. If Melos doesn't come back then the Tyrant has the right to kill Selinuntius. The Tyrant still doubts him for who would be such an idiot to accept being a hostage. But the Tyrant agrees to Melos' terms anyways because seeing him kill his closest friend in three days time would make him feel good too.

Shall we Date? Destiny Ninja ~ Hyuga Chapter 3 Main Story Recap

Biwa Attacks:

We ended Chapter Two with Hyosuke comforting our heroine after Hyuga wouldn't stop being such a jerk to her when he found the two talking about his past. It's night and Chapter Three begins with our heroine in her bedroom  recalling Hyuga's words about her being a nuisance. She goes into bed believing his words and wanting to retrieve her memory as soon as possible so she could go back to where she belongs. Feeling uncertain that she ever will, her loneliness brings out her tears which she tries to stifle by burying herself deeper into her bedspread so that Hyuga wouldn't be able to hear. But of course he does hear her with his ultra ninja hearing ability and surprisingly apologizes to our heroine.

I forgive youuuu.

She's so surprised she can't give a proper response in return to his apology. He calls her out on it, asking her if it's so strange of him to do so, which she replies with a, "Yes. Uh, no. Well..." He laughs out loud at her honesty, suggesting that she nor Hyosuke lie. But the laughter is short-lived as Hyuga gets astride her and covers her mouth, sensing something fishy. His ninja senses are right as Enya calls out from the garden that they're under attack! Oh no. Hyuga orders the heroine to stay put as he jumps down into the garden with the rest of the ninja aides to protect Yoshitsune. A biwa minstrel appears from the darkness. Hyuga correctly deducts that he's the sorcerer that put the soldiers to sleep with his biwa and the fight begins.

No.

The biwa minstrel/sorcerer is named Biwa Rengoku. He spits out fire, catching the pillars of the residence on fire. Yoshitsune orders Kazemasa and Hyosuke to fight the fire in order to protect the servants in the residence. But Rengoku apparently knows the shadow clone jutsu and has he ninjas surrounded. When one of his throwing stars connects with Hyuga's shoulder, our heroine almost runs to his side. Rengoku spits out another flame, this time at our heroine but Yoshitsune protects her using his back as a shield. When Rengoku decides to worsen his attack on Yoshitsune, Hyuga intervenes to save them.

zing zing zing

A rain of fire arrows falls on the Rengoku shadows until only the real one remains on the ground with an arrow to his head. The fight is over. Yoshitsune's back is slightly burnt and concludes that Biwa Rengoku was a Heishi assassin sent to kill him. He orders his aides to split into groups to check if the guards and ladies are safe and that there are no more enemies. When he leaves the room Kazemasa gets all up on Hyuga and Enya about why the allowed Yoshitsune to be hurt. They're both silent and our heroine tells Kazemasa that it wasn't their fault, that, "the enemy ninja was so powerful" ( or depending on the choice you pick. You could have either picked that choice-"the enemy ninja was powerful..." or "It's my fault). Kazemasa is a  scrooge and calls her reason an excuse. But no else cares for what he has to say anymore as Enya advises our heroine to enter Yoshitsune's room and treat his back wound herself. So she does and Yoshitsune thanks her. He tells her not to mind the fact that he's burned because he chose to protect her and that he would regret it for the rest of his life if her beautiful skin were to be scarred. I'm sensing her likes her. He tells her of his wish to create a world where the weak could live safely and happily. He was placed at Kuramadera when he was a child and learned ninja art there.

Because of his upbringing at the temple, being exposed to all the bad and corrupt in the world, he's can sympathize with people. Our heroine tells him that she believes that he'll be able to create a safe and happy world and they smile at one another. But happy feelings have to come to an end and no one is better at doing that in this story than Kazemasa. Kazemasa was waiting for her just to tell her to leave the residence on her own because she's a hindrance to them all in fulfilling their  duty against the Heishi. Yoshitsune is only letting her stay because he's too nice. This one sided conversation ends and our heroine hangs out in the garden staring up into the sky, agreeing with Hanzo. But once again she remembers that because she hasn't recovered her own memory, she doesn't have a place to go to. Helpless and lonely, tears fall from her face. Hyuga calls out to her and she quickly wipes them away before she turned toward him. He knows she had been crying because her nose is beet red. She acts tough but in actuality she's a crybaby. Hyuga can sense anything as he's able to deduce that her tears are the result of Kazemasa telling her to leave

In an attempt to cheer her up, he tells her that she's a good cook. And then he adds that he's a better cook. He even brags that he can do any housework. He makes the excuse that he was heading out to the kitchen to make some tea and drags her along with him. Hyuga is a softie as he makes calming tea for her to help her sleep and denying the fact that it was meant for her. Despite his denial, she feels warm and happy for consideration. She asks him how his shoulder is doing and while she shows him her concern for his injury he looks at her in amazement, telling her to worry more about herself since her memories are lost. She agrees but tells him she's still worries for him. This prompts Hyuga to open up his clothes so she could dress his unattended wound to ease her worries about him.

He tells her not to get excited at his naked body while she applies the ointment but she does and blushes as she yells at him that she isn't. When our heroine voices that it's better if she leaves, Hyuga tells her not to complain and ignore Yoshitsune's kindness. When she repeats that she's just a nuisance, he pulls and screams into her ear to stay until her memory returns and so he can continue eating her cooking. She nods, happy that he stopped her from leaving to head of to nowhere. She thanks him and when he tells her that he hasn't done anything to be thanked for, she thanks him for the tea. Hyuga stares back, making fun of her by calling her easy. She looks like a princess of a noble family but she knows many commoner things. It's strange but he points out maybe that's why Yoshitsune fell for her. This is news to her. He calls her dense but she still can't believe it. She can't understand why the son of Genji would fall in love with her when nobody knows about her past and tells Hyuga that he's just mistaken. But Hyuga murmurs

Do I sense jealousy?
