[Recap] Love Letter From Thief X ~ Kenshi Inagaki Main Story Episode 1

Note: I shall refer to the MC as my in game character name, "Ayaka Nishimura".

Episode 1 begins with Ayaka choosing Kenshi Inagaki to watch over her. However, she's surprised to learn that having Kenshi watch her means that she will be staying in his house. She immediately starts to regret her decision but her apartment isn't big enough for her and Kenshi to live in so she decides to go along with the plan. Anywho, Kenshi finally introduces the members of the Black Foxes to Ayaka.
Riki Yanase - Leader
Takuto Hirukawa - Intelligence specialist
Hiro Sarashina - Master of disguiise
Atsumu Kashiwabara - Boss
Kenshi Inagaki - Gun expert
After introductions Ayaka goes with Kenshi to stop by her house and pick up things.

Scene change!
Ayaka finishes changing and walks with Kenshi to head back to his house. On their way there Kenshi offers to carry her things. His friendliness has her thinking out loud that Kenshi is actually a good guy, that it's hard to believe that he's a criminal thief.

Scene change!
They make it to his house and Ayaka is surprised to learn that he lives at "Kikufuji Restaurant", a gourmet restaurant. Kenshi's mom manages the place and they have live-in cooks and waitresses so there a plenty of rooms for her to stay in.

Scene change!
Kenshi takes her to the room she'll be staying in. She's amazed at the size of the room. It's bigger than her apartment! Anywho, Kenshi tells her to live normally. As long as she doesn't report them to the police or try and run away, he doesn't care what she does. She's suspicious about what he's saying. Why does he think that she won't run away?
Kenshi doesn't think Ayaka would try to run away. In fact, being with him is the safest place to be in his opinion. Even if she did run away Takuto would be able to find her. Basically, she doesn't have a chance. Anywho, Kenshi leaves to go into his own room. Alone in the room Ayaka recalls the day's events and she grows tired. She decides to just sleep since she has work the next day. ~~~~~~~ She wakes up to her cell phone alarm the next day. She didn't get enough sleep but she realizes that it'll take her longer to get to work from Kenshi's house so she gets ready to leave.

Scene change!
Ayaka is on her way to work when her phone starts ringing. It's her coworker, Mitsuru. He's called to get an explanation about her resignation. But for course, her resignation is news to her.

Scene change!
Ayaka barges into Le Renard Noir to confront Atsumu. Atsumu was the one behind her resignation. She found out by talking to the employment agency that a  flirty-sounding man called to inform them that Ayaka Nishimura ran away to France. Atsumu doesn't deny it all. Instead, he laughs that he was the first person she thought of when she heard it was a 'flirty' guy. But Ayaka didn't come over for laughs. She demands him to call the employment agency and fix the issue before she loses her job. But nope. He won't do it. He did some directional fortune shit to find out that traveling from Kenshi's house to the museum is an unlucky direction. He's doing it for her sake!
Ayaka can't believe him. To protect her from an unlucky event, he gives her some weird doll. And it's her turn to go all nope. instead of taking the doll she punches Atsumu and leaves the bar.

Scene change!
Ayaka is walking away from the bar. She's so busy with her thoughts that she bumps into Kenshi.

Scene change!
Kenshi heard about everything from Atsumu. When Ayaka tells him that she's going to fight it by explaining everything to the employment agency Kenshi stops her. He won't tell her why but he asks her to just accept the situation. He promises to help her get he job back when everything is over. For now she could stay at his house and work there.

Scene change!
They're back at the restaurant/Kenshi's house. Kenshi asks his mother, Satoko, to hire Ayaka.
When Kenshi lies to his mom that Ayaka used to work at Le Renard Noir she happily hires Ayaka. But Ayaka panics. She has never worked at a restaurant before. But like everyone else in a job interview, she goes along with the lie and thanks Satoko for hiring her. Anywho, they get into the subject of Kenshi bringing a girl home. Apparently that's all the waitresses were talking about. But Kenshi just tells his mom that nothing is going on between him and Ayaka. He only brought her over because she needed a place to stay and a job. Satoko is like, too bad. She would love it if Kenshi were to date an honest girl like Ayaka. But too bad for all the ladies because Kenshi is not interested in love.

***Comments***
I should have probably mention this on the top of the post but I won't be recaping the prologue. However, you can download the app from your mobile device and play it for free.
Episode 1 is kinda a slow start. You can't really tell from my recap but the MC / Ayaka is a feisty one. She's a really likeable MC. In fact, she's my 2nd favorite MC of a voltage inc game. My favorite MX would be the one from Metro PD: Close to You.
Anywho, yeah. I've already finished his main story. It's a very light and easy read. His story isn't going to tear your heart out. You'll love how simple it is. Well, I loved it. Kenshi Inagaki is actually my favorite Love Letter From Thief X guy.
