Well......dang.
As the title says, I will be taking down all Accela, Inc game walkthroughs per the request of the company on their copyright policy thing (iunno what it's called).
List of Accela, Inc games:
➤Forbidden Love
➤Illegal Romance
➤It's Our Secret
➤ Psychixx ~ Mystic Love ~
I'll be taking them down on March 14th at 8AM-ish (PST).
I'm really bummed about this. I started making walkthroughs on this blog for myself. It was just more convenient for me to post my progress online where I can access it pretty much anywhere versus writing everything down in a notebook. My personal opinion? I don't think prohibiting walkthroughs is the smartest idea. Without easily accessible walkthroughs I'm not likely to play a route for the second time xD. But oh well, I'll live.
You can find their policy on their facebook linked here or written below.
Copyrights of our Games
Dear User,
we mentioned a lot of Let's Plays and Walkthroughs are coming up of our Games in all languages that we offer.
We are okay, if you want to play our Games and do some Let's Plays. But to make everyone happy we had to decide on some rules. Please follow the rules if you want to upload anything from Accela, Inc. Especially our Otome Games.
What is allowed?
- Recording our Games while playing
- Normal Ending
What is not allowed to be shown in your Let's Plays and on your Blogs?
- All Endings (exception Normal End – can be reached without extra Lovepoints)
- Secret Stories
- After Stories
- Event Stories
- Walkthroughs (which answer gives the most lovepoints etc.)
- Illegal way of getting Gold, Lovepoints, Avatar etc.
Please delete everything you already uploaded in every language. We're going to take care from now on.
If you want to upload a Let's Play you have to add following in your description:
- Accela, Inc. (Name of the Game)
- Facebook Link
- Twitter Link
- Download Link for iTunes and Google Play
Why do we tell you this?
We are working hard to provide a fun gaming experience for all and if all the stories are revealed outside our applications, people will not bother downloading our games anymore. This represent an significant impact on our ability to provide more content in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.
Team Accela, Inc.
That sucks but it was only a matter of time...
