8.1
- Lauren and Paul take turns watching over the leopard that had passed out from a fever.
- Carter finds her during a break. He tells her that Paul gave the leopard medicine for its fever.
- Awkward silence.
- He pulls Lauren into his arms and she admits that she feels that she failed as a caretaker.
- He tells her not to blame herself and succeeds in making her feel better.
- Henry summons Lauren and Carter to the living room.
- Henry found old records of the leopard for Lauren to look over.
8.2
- Lauren takes the records and heads back to the leopard, hoping that it'll help it.
- Carter and Henry put their faith in the research team to bring the leopard back to health.
- Medical exams show signs of the leopard recovering but they still have to carefully watch over it.
- The king doesn't want to postpone the ascension ceremony so the royal family is hoping for the quick recovery of the leopard.
- The leopard recovers by the time the ascension ceremony is to be held.
- The researches are present on the morning of the ascension ceremony.
- The king calls the leopard forward and Lauren walks with the leopard toward him.
8.3
- The leopard sits by Henry, indicating that Henry was chosen as the next king.
- King Henry invites Lauren to join the parade throughout Kaleido City.
- I'm assuming she declined him because Lauren is startled by the sound of Carter's voice calling out to her while she walks the leopard.
- Carter reveals there was never a parade but a press conference. Henry meant to prank her.
- Henry pets the leopard and demands to know why Carter left him alone at the press room.
- Without Carter, Henry was berated with questions.
- Carter says it's Henry's punishment for lying to Lauren about the parade.
8.4
- Henry whispers into Lauren's ear that Carter is attracted to her.
- Henry entrusts Carter to Lauren. He wants her to take care of Carter as a lover.
- Carter doesn't like the two whispering without him so he interrupts them.
- Carter tells her that he being attracted to her and Henry's offer to take care of him are two different things.
- Lauren is surprised when Carter admits to liking her. He tells her to be more aware of others act around her.
8.5
- Carter wants to know how she feels about him but everything is moving too fast for her that she doesn't respond immediately.
- Henry calls Lauren a beast master for taming the leopard and Carter.
- Henry runs away after making Carter angry.
- She finally says that she likes him.
- He's like, 'I knew it.' and 'you're be my girlfriend, right?' (paraphrasing)
- They share a passionate kiss.
