- They have their date sightseeing at a shopping town by the sea.
- Lauren walks beside Carter and giggles that they are actually on a date.
- A hurt Carter holds her hand, a bit upset that he didn't believe her.
- He asks if coming to Kaleido was Lauren's dream and she asks him to tell her more about Kaleido.
- He starts to tell her about the history of Kaleido (great conversation topic to have on a first date >.>)
7.2
- Carter tells her that he likes the view of people enjoying their shopping, elderly people and tiny children all smiling.
- She agrees, noting how much he loves the place.
- They go to a restaurant, also by the sea.
- Carter tells Lauren about his past after she asks him if he has always lived in Kaleido.
- He isn't from Kaleido since he was born in Bonaparte but he was separated from his parents and moved to Kaleido when he was only 8 years old so he has lived in Kaleido pretty much all his life.
- His grandfather took him in and served the Kaleido royal family along with him.
- Carter blushes after Lauren states he must have been cute has a child.
7.3
- Carter then takes her to Kaleido Zoo aka her work place to view the leopards at a night safari.
- But there isn't a night safari going on so she tells him they can still secretly observe the leopards as long as he is with her.
- They gaze at the leopards.
- Carter informs Lauren that Kaleido has a custom where the Kaleido leopard chooses the next king.
- Princes aren't the only ones with the right to the throne.
7.4
- He suddenly embraces her and begs her to believe in him. To not ask him any questions no matter what he does in the future.
- She says yeah. He kisses her on the lips.
- He ruins the moment when he tells her to return to Lilac Court that night as he is removing her from her duty of taking care of the royal family leopard.
- She tries to ask him why but he forbids her from approaching the palace and leaves.
- She falls to her knees and cries, knowing that it hurts because she loves him.
- A man with a camera (Andrea Lee) chases after Carter.
7.5
- The next day Lauren sulks in her bed.
- Joy lets herself inside Lauren's room after getting a glimpse at the news.
- But Lauren has no idea what she's talking about to Joy takes her downstairs to watch the news.
- On the TV is a news report of Carter stealing Prince Henrik's girl. There footage of Lauren and Carter kissing from the night before. Rumor has it he was trying to overthrow the royal family.
7.6
- Lauren feels uneasy as she wonders what Carter is doing.
- Timo finds her drinking hot chocolate and informs her that he has been assigned to the royal palace.
- He adds that the royal family's leopard will be returning to the laboratory in a few days by Carter's orders.
- Timo keeps piling in the bad news. He tells her that the director of the laboratory wants her under house arrest.
- Lauren staggers back into her room.
7.7
- On her way back to her room she spots the cameraman present on her date with Carter, Andrea.
- Lauren confronts Andrea about what he's done.
- He tells her that someone had informed him beforehand that she would be with Carter at the leopard area. (basically, it was a set up)
- Andrea leaves after telling her that tidbit.
- Lauren wonders if Carter planned the whole thing.
- She decides to just believe in Carter.
- Fast forward a couple days later and Lauren still under house arrest. In the news her scandal with Carter continues to grow.
- Oliver visits her to check if she's eating but all she can think about is Carter.
7.8
- Oliver tries to cheer her up. He's not buying her attempts to persuade him that she's okay.
- When he hugs her her thoughts bring her back to Carter and she finally cries.
- Lauren falls asleep and has a conversation with Carter in her head. She wants to ask him questions but the Carter in her head wants her to believe in him.
- She wakes up next to Oliver.
7.9
- Oliver wakes up too and hugs Lauren close to his chest.
- He asks her if she really likes Carter even though all he has done is hurt her.
- She struggles against him in his arms.
- Oliver confesses his love for her, promising to treasure her and not do anything to make her hate him. He always wants to make her smile.
- Oliver wants to be used by Lauren >.>
