For the spin-offs I've posted there shouldn't be any differences in the endings with whatever choice you decide to pick. The choices I've listed, however, are the brilliant answers. The only real difference, and it's really small, is that with the brilliant answers you get the 'ideal' reaction/dialogue between the MC and your man and usually there's a little bit more dialogue between the two than if you choose another option.
I checked this by using my story save tickets on some spin-offs I finished before and compared the reactions that happened depending on the choices I picked. The dialogue between the MC and your man start off differently but they end up ending the episode the same way. Oh, and when I went to read from the story I saved there was no 'bad ending' or 'happy ending' episode to read from, so that's also an indicator that the ending is the same.
I know this only works for these spin-offs though because I watched someone play the "Royal Baby" and they got different endings. Anywho, I hoped I answered your question well =P.
