[Recap] Shall we Date? Love Tangle ~ Miguel Hernandez Main Story Chapter 9 (Happy Ending)

Note: There are two types of endings in this game: Supreme Happy Ending and Happy Ending.

9.1

• Some time has passed since the last chapter
• Lauren is reading the newspaper while Miguel is doing stretches by the pool
• She’s reading an article detailing Miguel’s return to swimming. He’ll be competing in a race the next day to see if he’ll qualify to represent Kaleido at the Olympics
• Lauren can’t attend the race because she has an important day at work. The results of the leopards pregnancy test will be coming in
• She helps Miguel stretch

9.2

• Miguel tells her he’s looking forward to tomorrow’s race
• She notices that Miguel has been having a lot more fun lately
• Since she can’t go to the race Miguel asks her to dinner tomorrow
• Obviously she accepts the date
• He’s close enough to kiss her but doesn’t.
• He tells her that he’ll continue tomorrow, after he tells her something
• She wishes him good luck and they embrace

9.3

• Lauren is at work cleaning up the feeding area and unable to keep calm as she waits for the leopard’s pregnancy test results
• Timo arrives with the results
• The leopard is not pregnant
• Timo tells her there’s still other chances so she shouldn’t feel depressed
• Lauren cheers up due to Timo’s words

9.4

• Meanwhile, Miguel’s race starts
• Lauren reaches  their meeting place first
• At the meeting place there’s a giant TV screen covering Miguel’s race
• Lauren watches as the audience on TV cheer on Miguel
• Miguel was doing so well in the beginning but it’s a close race

9.5

• Miguel is 0.05secs behind first place and loses :(
• Lauren bumps into Miguel. She’s about to say his name but he covers her mouth with his hand.
• Miguel is worried about Lauren because she looks like she’s about to cry (she’s sad about Miguel losing)

9.6

• Miguel reassures her, happily telling her there’s always next time
• Lauren tells him about the failed pregnancy test
• Lauren reassures him this time, telling him she’s not giving up trying to get the leopards pregnant
• Miguel embraces Lauren and tells her he loves her and asks her to be with him
• Of course, Lauren accepts, she loves him too
• He promises he’ll gift her with victory
• They kiss
• As they kiss Lauren thinks to herself that as long as they’re together, they will be able to try again and make their ambitions realized
